In addition to the legal obligations to transmit to the review of legality and publicity of the acts of local authorities defined in the General Code of Territorial Communities, the provision in Open Data of data relating to the deliberations adopted by a local authority must make it possible to improve the transparency of public decisions taken by the various authorised bodies whatever the territorial level in question. The data is structured according to the Common Pillar of Local Data ([see detail on this page](https://scdl.opendatafrance.net/docs-next/schemas/deliberations.html)).
