Sistema ġdida għall-monitoraġġ tan-numri tas-servizz pubbliku ġiet introdotta fl-ewwel kwart tal-2009. Din is-sistema tuża ċ-ċifri tal-Q4 2008 bħala l-bażi tagħha u n-numri huma bbażati fuq informazzjoni rrappurtata lid-Dipartiment tan-Nefqa Pubblika u r-Riforma fuq bażi trimestrali. Is-sistema hija sistema live u qed tiġi rfinata u mtejba kontinwament u jista’ jkun hemm diskontinwitajiet żgħar fis-serje li jirriflettu bidliet metodoloġiċi u informazzjoni aġġornata dwar numri f’setturi partikolari.
