This dataset refers to territorial actors who, in France, produce and publish open public data (at least 1 dataset published on a website, a dedicated platform or a shared platform, including on data.gouv.fr). It contains the 7 GeoJSON layers, one by type of actor, which make it possible to manufacture the [map of the open data observatory of territories](http://umap.openstreetmap.fr/fr/map/observatoire-open-data-des-territoires_239529). These layers are automatically regenerated every day from manually collected data. They are stored and accessible [from OpenDataFrance’s GitLab repository](https://git.opendatafrance.net/observatoire/indicateurs-data/tree/master/data).
