_As part of the Action Cœur de Ville program, the Banque des Territoires wishes to encourage efforts to put data at the service of the revitalisation policies of the territory. A study was published in December 2021 on this topic_ _:[ https://www.banquedesterritoires.fr/les-donnees-au-service-de-la-revitalisation-des-centres-villes]_ __ _The opening of an open data portal by local authorities is a first step in the implementation of projects around data. The dataset made available presents the progress of the opening of data in the territories concerned by the Action Cœur de Ville program. It identifies the territories already engaged in an approach of opening up data and those that are not yet. The opening of data requires either the setting up of a specific portal or the publication of datasets on data.gouv._ _According to the cases, the municipalities open their own open data portal with datasets concerning them, evening the portal is worn by the EPCI to which they are attached; be both. The dataset indicates whether the portal is linked to the municipality or EPCI or both and also specifies the type of portal used as well as the main topics covered. The links to the open portals are also available at his dataset and can be found on the map. _This dataset presents a photograph of opendata in ACV cities at a time T, based on data from the Opendata Observatory of the Territories, carried by Opendatafrance. Themes and links to portals are likely to evolve over time. The dataset will be updated annually._.
