Since May 2019, data “Request of Flow Values” (DVF) is available in open-data. The **DGALN** and **Cerema** propose “DVF+ open-data”, which allows free access to the same data in the form of a geolocated database easily exploitable for the observation of land and real estate markets**. The structuring of the proposed DVF data is based on the **shared data model called “DVF+”**, resulting from the work carried out at the initiative of the **national DVF group** and which has been in existence since 2013. This model, developed to facilitate analysis, provides a table of mutations in which each line corresponds to the information and location of a transaction. Geolocation is based on the various vintages of the computerised cadastral Plan also available in open-data. Each of the variables in the DVF+ model is calculated solely from the raw data of DVF. The calculated variables apply throughout the territory and are subject to a shared methodology. There is no exogenous data at this stage except geolocation data from the PCI Vector. Customs – National Foreign Trade Statistics – January 2021
In France, according to a tradition that dates back more than two centuries, it is the General Directorate of Customs and indirect duties that establish the trade balance. It traces only the exchanges goods and not services. Information on trade in goods is collected on the basis of exchange declarations goods (DEB) for trade with the other 27 Member States and customs declarations (SAD) for trade with other countries (named third countries). Each month, the statistical collection covers exchanges in the reference month (month of publication) **The presentation by product** External trade statistics are presented according to different product classifications. It will be recalled that external trade statistics only track trade in goods and not services. NC8: The 8-digit Combined Nomenclature (CN8), used for reporting obligations operators with customs, allows a detailed knowledge of the foreign trade of the France: it has just under 10000 headings. _This nomenclature is not available to present regional statistics and_ _departments for reasons of confidentiality._.

Informatiehuis Internationaal ondernemen
Het Informatiehuis Internationaal Ondernemen is een open contentwarenhuis met daarin relevante data over internationaal ondernemen. De dataset bestaat uit open data over 150 landen. Afnemers kunnen deze informatie kosteloos op een eigen platform ontsluiten door middel van een API. Toegang tot de API en de benodigde API-key is aan te vragen via informatiehuisio@rvo.nl. De Informatiehuis Internationaal Ondernemen API is opgebouwd rond het endpoint Landen. Van ieder land zijn algemene gegevens opgenomen zoals landnaam, landcodes, hoofdstad, munteenheid, inwoneraantal en tijdsverschil. Onderliggend zijn de volgende paden beschikbaar: - Economische gegevens van landen (‘observaties’): Economische gegevens over een land, zoals economische groei, export vanuit Nederland en de 'Ease of Doing Business'-ranking. - Do's-and-don'ts (‘dosAndDonts’) Gedragsregels waarmee rekening kunnen houden bij het zakendoen in het buitenland. RVO stelt deze samen met de ambassade in het betreffende land op. - Contactgegevens buitenlandnetwerk (‘instanties’) Een overzicht van de contactgegevens van de ambassades en consulaten in het buitenlandnetwerk. De gegevens uit het Informatiehuis Internationaal Ondernemen zijn via de API op verschillende manieren bruikbaar. Voorbeelden van implementatie ziet u in de tab ‘Voorbeeld’. Ook bevat de documentatie meer informatie over de endpoints en onderliggende data.
Closing data UKRAINE Guarantees by sector, managed by the Official Credit Institute
The Ukraine Guarantee Facility has mobilised financing for companies in all sectors of activity. The sectoral distribution data show that companies in the sectors most affected by the war in Ukraine have received the most guaranteed financing, which has enabled them to cover their liquidity needs and maintain their activity. This file shows the closing data of the Ukraine Guarantees line by sector of activity. It provides information on the number of operations, the number of companies that have requested guarantees, the amount of the guarantee requested and the total amount of financing that these guarantees have made possible, broken down by the different sectors of activity.

This is a subset of the BGS World Mineral statistics database created as a contribution towards the EU funded GeoERA Mintell4EU project and feeds into the electronic European Minerals Yearbook (e-MYB). Data is provided for 40 European countries, namely: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia (TFYR of), Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom. Data is provided from 2004 to (currently) 2019, but will update annually. Production and Trade (Imports and Exports) data is available, for countries where it is available.
Make Open Data - Real Estate Transactions on a Mutation Scale
[Make Open Data](https://make-open-data.fr/) is an open source initiative to facilitate the transformation of public data by centralizing logic. Here a table providing information on real estate transactions (House or apartment) grouped by mutation. In case of multi-sale transfer, the location (GPS, postal code, common code) will be that of the main good. House if House and Apartment. If you're the same guy, we'll pick the bigger one. Also in case of multisale, the table reports the total area and the total number of pieces of sales.
