Ce jeu de données contient l’enregistrement des entrées d’archives aux Archives départementales de la Seine-Saint-Denis pour l’année 2023. Le registre des entrées est un outil de travail et un acte réglementaire pour les services publics d'archives. Il permet l'enregistrement des archives dès leur entrée dans un service public d’archives, qu'il s'agisse d'archives publiques entrées par versement ou d'archives privées entrées par voie extraordinaire. Il atteste de la prise en charge de documents par le service d’archives, sur la base des entrées réelles. Il peut être mis à jour en cas de sortie définitive (restitution, transfert à un autre service d’archives, destruction). Les données proviennent de l'outil de gestion d’archives Mnesys. Certaines données ont été retravaillées, précisées, normalisées ou ajoutées afin d'être conformes au modèle de données pour le registre des entrées d'archives publié par le Service ministériel des Archives de France et aux valeurs autorisées pour certaines données (statut juridique, modalités d'entrée, fonction du producteur, domaine ou thématique d'action du producteur, support matériel). Pour les entrées par don ou achat, le service versant est par convention les Archives départementales de la Seine-Saint-Denis. Concernant la date des documents, lorsque celle-ci n’était pas connue avec précision, le choix a été fait de donner des fourchettes de dates. Les métrages linéaires et les volumétries sont donnés avant traitement et réévaluation éventuelle.

RPG 2022 - Register Parcellaire Graphique
Community Regulation (EC) No 1593/2000 introduced an obligation in all Member States to locate and identify agricultural parcels. To meet this requirement, France has set up the Register Parcellaire Graphique (RPG) which is a geographical information system allowing the identification of agricultural parcels. Thus, each year, farmers send the administration an area declaration file which includes, in particular, the drawing of the growing islands they use and the crops grown there. The location of the islands is done at the scale of 1:5000 on the photographic background of the Ortho comic (IGN) and their update is annual. This database is therefore a large-scale and regularly updated description of the majority of agricultural land. The available data are the contours of the "anonymized" islands of the RPG and their cultural occupation represented by the majority crop group of the island.
